• Perfezionare la centratura della
canna del cilindro, praticando leg-
geri colpi sulla tacca di riferimen-
to (A - F. 38) con un martello in
plastica (o rame) ed un listello di
teflon.
• Portare definitivamente a battu-
ta, la canna del cilindro (F. 38/b).
• Con leggeri colpi di martello in
plastica (oppure rame), portare
la canna del cilindro in prossimi-
tà del corpo cilindro (semicarter
centrale).
30. ALBERO
MOTORE
• Estrarre l'albero motore completo,
posizionandolo come in figura, uti-
lizzando l'attrezzo:
"Posizionamento bielle"

31. REVISIONE COMPONENTI MOTORE
NOTA - Gli argomenti trattati in questo paragrafo, si riferi-
scono alle verifiche da effettuare sui principali com-
ponenti del motore, per determinarne lo stato di
usura.
31.1 CILINDRO
• Controllare che la superficie in-
terna della canna cilindro, sia
perfettamente liscia ed esente
da graffi o rigature di qualsiasi
entità. Riscontrando danni an-
che lievi, la canna del cilindro
deve essere sostituita.
La canna del cilindro non
può essere rettificata.

• Adjust the cylinder stem
centering by applying small hits
on the reference notch (A - F. 38)
with a a plastic (or copper)
hammer and using a Teflon strip.
• Move the cylinder stem (F. 38/
b) to its limit stop.
• Hit the cylinder stem by a plastic
(or copper) hammer until it gets
near to the cylinder body (central
casing).

SHAFT
• Remove the whole driving shaft
placing it as displayed in the picture
by means of the tool:
"Fitting the connecting rods"
code M001.00028.400
refer to the checking procedure to be performed
on the main engine components in order to check
them for wear.

CYLINDER
• Check that the cylinder stem
inside surface is perfectly
smooth and free from any
scratches or scorings. In case
of even small damages, the
cylinder stem must be replaced.
The cylinder stem cannot
be rectified.
