5.3 LIQUIDO FRENI ANTERIORI E COMANDO
FRIZIONE
NOTA - Il serbatoio sul lato sinistro del manubrio, contie-
ne il liquido per l'azionamento della frizione. Quello
sul lato destro, il liquido per le pinze dei freni
anteriori.
L'usura delle pastiglie dei freni, provoca l'abbas-
samento del livello. L'usura della frizione, pro-
voca l'innalzamento del livello.
• Inclinare il motociclo in modo che il liquido contenuto nei
vari serbatoi, risulti orizzontale.
• Verificare il livello dagli indicatori tra-
sparenti (L).
Nel caso il livello non risultas-
se ottimale, prima di qualsiasi
intervento atto a ripristinare il
livello stesso, verificare che
non vi siano perdite o trafilag-
gi anche di modestissima en-
tità, individuare altre eventuali
cause e porvi rimedio.
5.4 LIQUIDO FRENO POSTERIORE
• Verificare il livello del liquido freno poste-
riore che dovrà risultare tra le tacche "min
- max" del serbatoio.
NOTA - In caso di livello insufficiente, at-
tenersi a quanto descritto per i fre-
ni anteriori.

Il controllo ed il ripristi-
no della pressione dei
pneumatici va effettua-
to a "gomma fredda".
5.3 FRONT BRAKE FLUID AND CLUTCH
NOTE- The reservoir on the left-hand side of the handle-
• Slightly incline the motorcycle so that the fluid contained
in the different reservoirs is perfectly horizontal.

bar contains the fluid for clutch operation; the one
on the right-hand side contains the liquid for the
calipers of the front brakes.
Wear on the brake pads causes the level to
lower. Wear on the clutch raises the level.
• Check the fluid level through the
transparent inspection holes (L).
In case the level is low, before
performing any topping up
operation, make sure that there
are not (even small) fluid leaks
or drippings caused by any
other cause and fix it if
necessary.

5.4 REAR BRAKE FLUID
• Check that the rear brake fluid level is
between the MIN and MAX marks of the
reservoir.
NOTE - In case the fluid level is lower, fol-
low the instructions indicated for
the front brake fluid.

restore the right tyre
pressure only with
"cold tyres".
