Leveraggio
ammortizzatore
• Ingrassare (con grasso gene-
rico) le sedi dei cuscinetti sul
bilanciere.
• Bloccare in morsa un
attrezzo.
• Inserire sull'attrezzo in mor-
sa, una gabbia a rulli (A)
(M080.00004.400).
• Posizionare il bilanciere (B).
• Inserire la seconda gabbia a
rulli (A) e l'attrezzo superiore
n° 5.
NOTA - Le diciture presenti
sulle gabbie a rulli, de-
vono risultare verso
l'esterno del bilancie-
re.
• Inserire le gabbie a rulli, avvi-
tando l'attrezzo fino a portar-
lo in battuta.
• Rimuovere l'attrezzo
superiore.
• Rimuovere il bilanciere (B).
• Inserire sull'attrezzo blocca-
to in morsa, la rondella (par-
ticolare di attrezzatura) (5/a)
e sopra la rondella, l'anello di
tenuta (C) (M040.00007.400),
la dicitura sull'anello di tenu-
ta, deve risultare verso l'ester-
no.
• Posizionare nuovamente il bi-
lanciere.
• Sull'attrezzo n° 5 superiore,
inserire la rondella (5/a) e
l'anello di tenuta (C) con la
dicitura verso l'esterno.
• Avvitare l'attrezzo superiore
fino ad inserire definitivamen-
te gli anelli di tenuta.
• Rimuovere attrezzo superio-
re, bilanciere ed attrezzo in-
feriore dalla morsa.

22.1.4 Fitting the bearings
- Shock absorber
compound lever
• Grease (with a general
purpose grease) the bearing
raceway of the rocker.
• Lock in a vice one
tool.
• Fit a roller cage (A)
(M080.00004.400) into
the tool locked in the vice.
• Fit the rocker (B).
• Place the second roller
cage (A) and the n° 5
upper tool.
NOTE - Make sure that
indications written on
the roller cages face
the rocker outside
part.
• Fit the roller cages and
tighten the tool until its limit
stop.
• Remove the upper
tool.
• Remove the rocker (B).
• Fit the o-ring (completing
the part) (5/a) and on it, the
seal ring (C)
(M040.00007.400) to the
tool locked in the vice.
Make sure that the wording
on the seal ring faces
outwards.
• Reasemble the rocker .
• Fit the owasher (5/a) and the
o-ring (C) into the upper n° 5
tool with the writing facing
upwards.
• Tighten the upper tool until
the o-rings are properly
placed.
• Release the upper tool, the
rocker and the lower tool from
the vice.
