21. PIGNONE (per catena
di trasmissione finale)
21.1 RIMOZIONE
• Svitare le viti (V5).
• Rimuovere il coperchio pignone (1)
completo di gruppo cilindretto fri-
zione (2) e posizionarlo in modo
che non intralci le operazioni di ri-
mozione del pignone.

• Svitare il dado (D) di fissaggio per-
no ruota.
• Sfilare moderatamente il perno ruo-
ta, per liberare i pattini (B) di ten-
sionamento catena
.
• Spingere in avanti la ruota poste-
riore.
• Rimuovere la catena dal pignone.
• Inserire la prima marcia.
• Svitare la vite (V).

Rimuovere:
• Vite (V).
• Distanziale (2).
• Rosette elastiche (3), prestando
attenzione al loro orientamento,
per rimontarle poi, nello stesso
senso.
• Pignone (4) da rimontare con il
collare (A) verso l'esterno.
Rimontando un pignone
nuovo, verificare che abbia
lo stesso numero di denti.

21. SPROCKET (of the final
transmission chain)
21.1 REMOVAL
• Undo the screws (V5).

• Remove the sprocket cover guard
(1) and the clutch cylinder unit (2)
and place it in a safe position so
that they do not disturb the
operations needed to remove the
sprocket.
• Loosen the nut (D) fixing the wheel
spindle.
• Extract the wheel spindle

with care in order to release the
chain tensioning sliding shoe

• Push the rear wheel forwards.
• Remove the chain from the
sprocket.
• Engage the first gear.
• Slacken the screw (V).
Remove:
A
• the screw (V).
• the spacer (2).

• elastic washers (3), making sure
to remember their orientation to
fit them back properly later.

• the sprocket (4) to be fitted back
with the collar (A) facing outwards.
When fitting a new
sprocket make sure it has
the same number of teeth.
