Verifica pacco frizione e relativo ripristino
Per il corretto controllo del pacco frizione, eseguire l'ope-
razione come segue:
la verifica del pacco frizione si effettua inserendo l'asta
del calibro in uno dei due fori frontali posti sul piatto spingi-
disco per rilevare la profondità del piattello (A). Successi-
vamente si inserisce la 6° marcia e si fa ruotare la ruota
posteriore nel senso di funzionamento. Si sentirà l'inter-
vento del dispositivo antisaltellamento e per differenza,
rispetto alla precedente misurazione, si calcola di quanto
il piattello si è spostato.
La corsa a vuoto (C) dovrà risultare compresa fra i 2,00
mm ed i 2,50 mm.
Nel caso la corsa a vuoto dovesse risultare inferiore alla
misura consentita, occorre rimuovere i dischi della frizione
e sostituire uno o più dischi condotti di spessore 1,50
mm con altri di spessore 2,00 mm per integrare il giusto
valore della corsa a vuoto.
Si consiglia di sostituire prima i dischi di 1,50 mm con
quelli da 2,00 mm. Poi successivamente quelli da 2,00
mm con quelli da 2,50 mm.
I dischi condotti di spessore 2,00 mm o 2,50 mm sono
reperibili su richiesta presso il magazzino ricambi.

Check of clutch assembly and adjustment
For the correct check of the clutch assembly, perform the
operation as follows:
the check on the clutch assembly is carried out by inserting
the calliper rod in one of the two front holes located on the
pressure plate to find the depth of the plate (A). Then you
engage the 6th gear and make the rear wheel turn in the
running direction. You will hear the intervention of the anti-
surge device and you can calculate how much the plate
has shifted by the difference from the previous
measurement.
The idle stroke (C) must be between 2.00 mm and 2.50
mm.
If the idle stroke is lower than the measurement allowed,
you have to remove the clutch disks and replace one or
more driven disks having 1.50 mm thickness with others
having a thickness of 2.00 mm to integrate the correct
value of the idle stroke.
We suggest to replace first the 1.50 mm disks with 2.00
mm disks and then the 2.00 disks with 2.50 disks.
The 2.00 mm or 2.50 mm thick driven disks can be
ordered to the spare parts warehouse.
