15. CONTROLLO GIOCO VALVOLE
• La procedura è identica per entrambi i cilindri.
NOTA - Dopo aver effettuato il controllo fase della distri-
buzione, si può eseguire il controllo del gioco val-
vole, procedendo come segue:
Inserire uno spessimetro la-
mellare e verificare il gioco
esistente.
(In figura è rappresentata la
verifica della valvola di aspi-
razione).
Gioco valvole
NOTA - La regolazione del gioco valvole va eseguita so-
stituendo la pastiglia, montata sotto i bicchierini,
procedendo come segue:
• Rimuovere gli alberi a camme.
• Rimuovere i bicchierini e le pastiglie.
NOTA - Sono disponibili pastiglie con spessori:
1,900 ÷ 2,700 mm

15. CHECKING THE VALVE CLEARANCE
• The procedure is the same for both cylinders.
NOTE - After checking the timing, it is possible to check
the valve clearance following the intructions
indicated below:

NOTE - In order to adjust the valve clearance replace the
pin located underneath the bowls as follows:

• Remove the camshafts.

• Remove the bucbowls and the pins.
NOTE - The following pin thickness values are available:
1,900 ÷ 2,700 mm

Fit a laminar feeler gauge
and measure the valve
clearance.
