39. CILINDRETTO FRIZIONE
• In caso di malfunzionamento del cilindretto di comando
frizione (A), sostituirlo procedendo come segue:
Svuotare il circuito.
• Svitare la vite di raccordo (R) e rimuovere il tubo di tra-
smissione oleodinamica (raccordo orientabile) (1) com-
prese le due guarnizioni.
• Svitare le viti (V3) e rimuovere il cilindretto (A).

Non azionare la leva frizione con il cilindretto
smontato.
Nel rimontaggio, inserire due guarnizioni nuove ed
orientare il raccordo (1) come illustrato in figura.
40. RUOTA ANTERIORE
Verificare, preventivamente alla rimozione della
ruota anteriore, la perfetta stabilità del motoci-
clo. La ruota dovrà risultare moderatamente sol-
levata.
La moto Morini S.p.A. si esime da qualsiasi re-
sponsabilità per danni di ogni natura generati
da sistemi inadeguati che non consentano di la-
vorare per le operazioni di seguito riportate, con
la massima sicurezza.
40.1 RIMOZIONE
NOTA - Per rimuovere la ruota anteriore, è neces-
sario rimuovere preventivamente le pin-
ze dei freni.
Non azionare la leva di comando freni anteriori,
con le pinze smontate.

CLUTCH CYLINDER
• In case of the clutch cylinder mulfunction (A) replace it
following the indicated instructions:
Bleeding the circuit.
• Loosen the connector screw (R), remove the hydraulic
transmission pipe (movable connector) (1) and the two
gaskets.
• Slacken the screws (V3). and remove the cylinder (A).

Never act the clutch lever when the cylinder is
disassembled.
When reassembling, use two new gaskets and make
sure the connector (1) faces the engine.
40.
FRONT WHEEL
Before removing the front wheel make sue the
motor-bike is in a stable and level position. The
wheel must be slightly lifted from the ground.
Moto Morini S.p.A. will not be held responsible
for any damage arising from the use of improper
equipments that prevent from carrying out the
indicated procedures safely.
40.1 REMOVAL
NOTE - To remove the front wheel, first remove

the brake clippers.

Never act the front brake levers when the brake
clippers are disassembled.
