4.
REGOLAZIONI
4.1
STERZO - CONTROLLO DEL GIOCO
• Posizionare il motociclo in modo tale che la ruota anterio-
re risulti sollevata dal suolo.
• Ruotare il manubrio ripetutamente nei due sensi, valutan-
do il grado di scorrevolezza senza gioco.
• Riscontrando resistenza alla rotazione o eccessiva scor-
revolezza, procedere alla regolazione.
NOTA - Un altro sistema di controllo del
gioco è il seguente:
• Afferrare con le mani entrambi i foderi
della forcella e tentare di muoverli avanti
e indietro, energicamente.
4.1.1 Regolazione
Rilevando del gioco, procedere
alla regolazione dei cuscinetti e
quindi al recupero del gioco stes-
so, procedendo come segue:
• Rimuovere il manubrio.

• Rimuovere la testa di sterzo
(testa superiore).

• Rimuovere la ghiera superiore (A) e serrare
la ghiera inferiore (B). Quindi riavvitare la ghie-
ra superiore e serrarla.

4.1 STEERING - PLAY CHECK
• Place the motor-bike as to have the front wheel lifted
from the ground.
• Turn the handlebar repeatedly to both directions in order
to evaluate the steering smoothness without play.
• In case the handlebar rotation is rough or excessively
smooth, follow the adjustment instructions.

• Check the correct tightening of the
screws (V4).
ADJUSTMENT
NOTE - Another possible way to check
the steering play is the following:
• Hold with your hands both fork sliders
and try to force them up and down with
force.
4.1.1 Adjustment
In case play is detected, adjust
the bearings and the play itself
as follows:
A
• Remove the handlebar.
B
• Remove the handlebar (upper
head).
• Remove the upper ring nut (A) and tighten
the lower ring nut (B). Then screw the upper
ring nut back and tighten.
