23.2 REVISIONE FORCELLONE
• Verificare la concentricità del per-
no forcellone.
• Riscontrando una deformazione
superiore a mm 0,05 sostituire il
perno forcellone.
• Verificare la corretta scorrevolezza del cuscinetto (1). In
caso di attriti o impuntamenti, sostituire il cuscinetto ri-
muovendo l'anello seeger (2).
• Nello stesso modo verificare il corretto funzionamento della
gabbia rulli (3).
23.3 ASSEMBLAGGIO FORCELLONE
Lubrificare le sedi dei cuscinetti, i cusci-
netti e le gabbie a rulli con grasso generico.
• Posizionare il forcellone sul banco in appoggio sul sup-
porto ruota, lato comando cambio.
• Inserire la gabbia a rulli (A) (M080.00009.400) (con dicitu-
ra rivolta verso l'esterno) tra il forcellone lato cambio e
l'attrezzo inferiore n° 1 cod. M001.00049.400.
• Inserire il cuscinetto (B) (M080.00003.40) (con la dicitura
rivolta verso l'esterno) tra il forcellone lato freno e l'at-
trezzo superiore n° 1.
• Avvitare l'attrezzo fino a portare in battuta i cuscinetti.

• Check that the bearing (1) slides properly. In case frictions
or hard spots are detected, replace the bearing after
removing the circlip (2).
• Check the roller bearing cage (3) operation.
23.3 ASSEMBLING THE SWING ARM
• Place the swing arm, leaned onto the wheel support, on
the workbench, on the gearbox control side.
• Fit the roller cage (A) (M080.00009.400), with the writing
facing outwards, between the swing arm, on the gearbox
side, and the lower tool n° 1 code M001.00049.400.
• Fit the bearing (B) (M080.00003.40), with the writing facing
outwards, between the swing arm, on the brake side, and
the upper tool n° 1.
• Screw the tool until reaching the bearing limit stop.

23.2 OVERHAULING THE SWING ARM
• Check that the swing arm spindle
is concentrical.
• In case the gauge detects an axial
deformation above mm 0,05, repla-
ce the swing arm spindle.
Lubricate the bearing raceways, the bearings
and the roller cages with a general purpose
grease.
