• Inserire l'anello seeger.
• Inserire sull'attrezzo inferiore l'anello di
tenuta interno (A) (M040.00003.400)
con la dicitura rivolta verso l'esterno
della sede forcellone.
• Inserire nell'attrezzo superiore n° 2, l'anel-
lo di tenuta esterno (B) (M040.00002.400)
con la dicitura verso l'esterno.
• "Piantare" gli anelli di tenuta nelle relative
sedi sul forcellone, avvitando l'attrezzo
fino a portarlo in battuta.
• Inserire il distanziale interno (C), perno
forcellone (M070.00007.112) sul lato cu-
scinetto (dalla parte interna).
• Inserire il distanziale esterno perno for-
cellone (M.070.00006.112) sul cuscinet-
to (dalla parte esterna).
• Applicare una fascetta (E) al distanziale
per evitare che fuoriesca dalla sede.
• Inserire la bussola perno forcellone (F)
(M050.00004.101).

• Fit the circlip.
• Fit the lower tool the inside seal ring (A)

(M040.00003.400) with the writing facing
the outside swing arm housing side.
B
• Place the outside seal ring (B)
(M040.00002.400), with the writing facing
outwards, into the upper tool n° 2.
• Place the seal rings into the special
housing of the swing arm tightening
until its limit stop.

• Place the inside spacer (C) of the swing
arm spindle (M070.00007.112) on the
bearing side (from inside).

• Fit the swing arm spindle outside spacer
(M.070.00006.112) on the bearing (from
C
outside)
• Apply a clamp (E) to the spacer in order
to prevent it from getting out from its
housing.
• Place the swing arm bush (F)
(M050.00004.101).
