27.2.1 Rimozione
• Inserire l'attrezzo: "Tampo-
ne sfilamento bronzine"
cod. M001.00021.400
e battere con mazzuolo (in
fibra, plastica, rame, ecc...
non utilizzare martelli in
acciaio) con piccoli colpi
decisi, fino ad estrarre le
bronzine di banco dal semi-
carter volano.
27.2.2 Rimontaggio
• Capovolgere il semicarter
volano, sul supporto
cod. M001.00041.400
• Il piantaggio delle bronzine di banco, va
effettuato a secco ed a carter freddo,
con l'attrezzo:
"Tampone inserimento bronzine"
cod. M001.00020.400
abbinato ad una pressa.
È consigliabile inserire le bronzine di
banco, dopo aver montato i vari
cuscinetti nel semicarter.

27.2 FLYWHEEL
CASING
CRANKSHAFT
BEARINGS
27.2.1 Removal
• Fit the tool: "Bearing
removing buffer"
code M001.00021.400
and hit with a hammer
(made of fibre, plastic,
copper etc but not steel)
applying small but firm
hits until the flywheel
casing crankshaft
bearings get off their seat.
27.2.2 Reassembling
• Place the flywheel casing
on the support
code M001.00041.400.
• Fit the cranksfìhaft bearings with
dry and cold casing by means
of the tool:
"Bearing coupling buffer"
code M001.00020.400
and a press.
We suggest fitting the crankshaft
after assembling all the casing
bearings.
