36.1.2 Senza dispositivo "spurgatore"
NOTA - Nel caso non si disponga di un dispositivo spur-
gatore, per svuotare il circuito dell'impianto fre-
nante, procedere come segue:
• Rimuovere il cappuccio di prote-
zione.
• Collegare alla valvola di spurgo
(1) della pinza, un tubetto in pla-
stica trasparente ed immergere
l'estremità in un adeguato conte-
nitore (sia per i freni anteriori che
per il freno posteriore).
• Svitare di 1/4 di giro la valvola di
spurgo.
• Azionare ripetutamente la leva (o
il pedale) fino alla completa fuo-
riuscita del liquido.
• Mantenendo tirata la leva o te-
nendo premuto il pedale, serrare
la valvola alla coppia indicata.
• Rimontare il cappuccio di prote-
zione.
NOTA - Le operazioni vanno eseguite per ogni pinza
freno.
• Serrare a fondo la valvola di spurgo (1).
36.2 RIEMPIMENTO CIRCUITO
• Riempire i serbatoi delle pompe freni, con liquido:

prelevato da confezione sigillata.
• Azionare ripetutamente la leva o il pedale del freno, du-
rante il rifornimento del circuito.
36.3 SPURGO IMPIANTO FRENANTE
36.3.1 Con dispositivo "spurgatore"
• Collegare alla valvola di spurgo, il dispositivo "spurgato-
re", tramite il ralativo tubetto trasparente.
• Pompare con lo spurgatore ed allentare la valvola di spur-
go, verificando che il livello nei serbatoi, non scenda al di
sotto del MIN.
• Ripetere fino a quando nel tubetto trasparente, non appa-
iono più bolle d'aria.
• Bloccare la valvola di spurgo.
• Ripristinare il livello del liquido nelle vaschette e chiuder-
le (quelle per i freni anteriori, avvitando le viti del coper-
chio alla coppia prescritta: N*m 1,2, e quella del freno
posteriore, avvitando il tappo a mano, energicamente.

36.2 FILLING THE CIRCUIT
• Fill the brake master cylinder reservoirs with fluid.

• Act on the brake lever or pedal repeatedly while filling the
circuit.
36.3 BLEEDING THE BRAKING SYSTEM
36.3.1 Using a bleeder
• Connect the bleeder to the bleed valve by means of the
transparent hose.
• Act on the bleeder and loosen the bleed valve making
sure that the fluid level inside the reservoirs never goes
below the MIN. level.
• Repeat this operation until no more air bubbles can be
seen inside the transparent hose.
• Close the bleed valve.
• Restore the fluid level into the reservoirs and close them
(tightening the cover guard screws to the prescribed
torque for the front brake): N*m 1,2, and by tightening
firmly the plug by hand for the rear brake.

•Connect a transparent plastic
hose to brake the clipper bleed
valve (1) and plunge the hose end
into a container of adequate
capacity (repeat for the front and
rear brakes).
•Loosen the bleed valve by 1/4
turn.
•Act on the lever (or pedal)
repeatedly until the fluid is pumped
out of the system completely.
•Hold the lever squeezed or the
pedal pressed and tighten the
valve to the prescribed torque.
•Remove the protection nipple.
