14.6 RIMONTAGGIO GRUPPO DI SCARICO
14.6.1 Collettore posteriore
• Riposizionare il collettore posteriore (F. 71), frapponendo
tra flangia e cilindro una nuova guarnizione (A - F. 73).
• Avvitare e serrare le viti del collettore posteriore (V3) alla
coppia indicata.
14.7 COLLETTORE CENTRALE E COLLETTORE
ANTERIORE
NOTA - Per facilitare il rimontaggio, è consigliabile preas-
semblare il collettore anteriore (1) con il collettore centrale
(2), frapponendo una nuova guarnizione (C). Dopo aver ac-
coppiato i due collettori, posizionare la fascetta (B) e ser-
rare la relativa vite con moderazione. Inserire il gruppo com-
posto come in origine (F. 75), interponendo la ruota posterio-
re tra i condotti (D - E). Posizionare il collettore anteriore in
corrispondenza del cilindro, frapponendo una nuova guarni-
zione (A). Avvitare e serrare le viti (V3) alla coppia indicata.
Agendo (a spinta) sui condotti (D - E) definire l'accoppia-
mento tra i due collettori in modo da ottenere la collimazio-
ne del gomito (F) con il collettore posteriore (3) precedente-
mente reso solidale con il motore. Prima del definitivo ac-
coppiamento con quest'ultimo, inserire una nuova guarni-
zione (G). Posizionare la fascetta (H) e serrarla. Serrare inol-
tre ,la fascetta (B). Ricollegare il cavo (4 - F. 75) della sonda
Lambda.

14.6 REASSEMBLING THE EXHAUST SYSTEM
14.6.1 Rear manifold
• Fit the rear manifold (F. 71) back placing a new gasket (A

NOTA - To make the reassembly easier, we suggest to
pre-assemble the front manifold (1) and the central mani-
fold (2) placing a new gasket (C) in between. After as-
sembling the two manifolds, fit the clamp (B) and tighten
the screw moderately. Fit the unit, reassembled as it was
(F. 75), placing the rear wheel in between the two galle-
ries (D - E). Place the front manifold with a new gasket
(A) above the cylinder. Screw and tighten the screws
(V3) to the specified torque Pushing on the galleries (D -
E) adjust the coupling of the two manifolds so that the
elbow (F) matches the rear manifold (3) previously inte-
grated to the engine. Fit a new gasket (G) before the final
coupling of the engine. Fit the clamp (H) and tighten it.
Also tighten the clamp (B) and reconnect the Lambda
sensor cable (4 - F. 75).
