• Lubrificare con grasso generico la
sede nel forcellone e le due gabbie
a rulli (A) (M080.00004.400).
• Inserire le gabbie a rulli (con la dici-
tura rivolta verso l'esterno) tra l'at-
trezzo (3) ed il forcellone.
• Avvitare l'attrezzo fino a portare a
battuta le gabbie a rulli.
• Inserire gli anelli n° 4 negli attrezzi
n° 3.
• Inserire negli attrezzi i due anelli di
tenuta (M040.00007.400) con la di-
citura rivolta verso l'esterno.
• Inserire a fondo i due anelli di tenu-
ta, avvitando l'attrezzo n° 3 fino a
portarlo a battuta.
• Lubrificare l'interno dei cuscinetti,
con grasso generico ed inserire la
bussola (G) (M050.00009.401) sulla
sede di fissaggio sospensione po-
steriore.
• Posizionare l'ammortizzatore nel for-
cellone.
• Lubrificare il filetto
della vite (V) di
fissaggio ammortiz-
zatore
(M060.00014.401)
ed inserirla.
• Avvitare il dado (H)
(M020.00011.401).
• Posizionare il bilanciere (B)
preassemblato.
• Lubrificare la filettatu-
ra del perno bilanciere
(I) (M060.00003.401)
ed inserirlo.
• Avvitare il relativo dado autobloccan-
te (M020.00032.401) e serrarlo alla
coppia: 45 Nm.

• Lubricate the swing arm housing and
the two roller cages (A) with a general
purpose grease.) (M080.00004.400).
• Fit the roller cages, making sure that
the writing faces outwards, between
the tool (3) and the swing arm.
• Screw the tool until the roller cages

reach their limit stop.

• Fit the rings n° 4 into the tools n°
3.
• Fit the two seal rings
(M040.00007.400) into the tools,
making sure that the writing faces

outwards.
• Push the two seal rings firmly and

screw the tool n° 3 to its limit stop.
• Lubricate the inside of the bearings
with a general purpose grease and
fit the bush (G) (M050.00009.401)
into the rear suspension housing.
• Fit the shock absorber into the swing
arm.
• Lubricate the thread

• Tighten the nut (H)
(M020.00011.401).
• Fit the pre-assembled rocker (
B).
• Lubricate the thread
• Screw the self-locking nut

(M020.00032.401) to the tightening
torque: 45 Nm.
