40.2 SCOMPOSIZIONE RUOTA
40.2.1 Dischi freni
Con i dischi montati sulla ruota, è consigliabile veri-
ficare anche la distorsione che non dovrà risultare
superiore a mm 0,1.
Il disco che presenta rilevanti rigature e che al con-
trollo risulta avere uno spessore minimo inferiore a
4 mm, deve essere sostituito.
NOTA - I dischi anteriori sono com-
posti da un settore (A) che
va fissato al cerchio ruota
e da un settore (B) che co-
stituisce la superficie di
contatto del materiale di
attrito (pastiglie).Dovendo
sostituire il disco è neces-
sario sostituire entrambi i
componenti.

40.3 REVISIONE
40.3.1 Cuscinetti mozzo ruota
Verificare lo stato di usura dei cuscinetti del mozzo:
• Ruotare manualmente i cuscinetti in entrambi i sensi.
Devono ruotare silenziosamente senza attriti ed impun-
tamenti, in caso contrario è necessario sostituire il cer-
chio.
• Premere assialmente i cuscinetti (nei due sensi ed in
posizioni diverse) riscontrando la presenza di gioco, so-
stituire il cerchio.
40.3.2 Controllo concentricità del perno ruota e
verifica deformazione cerchio
NOTA - Attenersi a quanto enunciato per la ruota
posteriore.

40.3 OVERHAUL
40.3.1 Wheel hub bearings
Check the hub bearings for wear.
• Turn the bearings manually in both directions. The rotation
must be free from noise or hard spots, otherwise replace
the rim.
• Apply an axial pression onto the bearings (in both directions
and in different points), in case of clearance, replace the
rim.
40.3.2 Check the wheel spindle concentricity and the

With the discs assembled to the wheel we suggest
to check the distorsion value that must not be above
mm 0,1.
In case the disc is extremely scratched and less
that 4 mm thick, replace it.
NOTE - The front discs are
made of two parts, one
