Setting basic spectrum RF measurement parameters
Variable number of x-axis values.
Note that the number of horizontal values has to be the same as
the number of vertical values set with
LIMit<li>:LOWer[:DATA]
UPPer[:DATA]. If not, the R&S FPL1000 either adds missing
values or ignores surplus values.
The unit is Hz or s.
