Cannot Start Test
• The gas pressure is too low/high to begin a procedure
• Check that the gas cylinders have enough pressure to start
the procedure

Argon Shut Off Valve
• The argon shut off valve may be closed
• Check and open if necessary

Test All
• You selected to control all needles simultaneously
• Place the needles, individually or in groups, in the basin
such that the full length of the needle shaft is submerged in
the water or saline� As the test cycles run, look at the needles
to ensure that there are no air bubbles, and that a small ice
ball forms during the freeze portion of the sequence�
• Do you want to initiate test in all needles now?

Reason for Appearance / Solutions
User pressed the Test button when either gas
cylinders were not yet connected or the gas
pressure is below operating pressure (Reference
Table 7)� To proceed, gas cylinders with sufficient
pressure must be connected�
At system start-up, the system detected gas
connected, but no gas was entering the system�
The argon shut off valve may be closed� To
proceed, the argon shut off valve must be open�
User selected Test button in ALL channel to control
all active channels� To proceed, the user must
confirm test for all connected needles�
