Control buttons at the top of the screen provide options to Manage Users and Manual Software Update�
Manage Users: Select your username and press the Change Password button to change your password� Administrative
users may add users, remove users, or change the password of any user�
Manual Software Update: Press the Manual Software Update button to install a software update via a USB flash
drive� This function is available only to administrative and service users�

Description
Customize the list of names to be provided for the MTS needles for each associated organ
map� Press Add Location to add a new name to the list� Press Remove Location to
delete a name from the list�
Select the gas cylinder volume and units of measure according to the standard in
the geographical region� The gas cylinder volume and units can only be changed by
administrative or service personnel�
Select the desired duration from 30 minutes to 180 minutes that the system can be inactive
before requiring you to re-enter your password� The default inactivity timeout is two hours�
Select the language in which the software is displayed�
Select the desired reminder interval (0 minutes to 15 minutes) for the Gas Indicator to
display an alert that the estimated remaining volume in the gas cylinder is low�
Check this box to automatically link all adjacent channels for simultaneous operation
(e�g�, 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, ...)
Check this box to automatically display elapsed time during passive thaw� The digital
timer reads Stopped and the time elapsed in passive thaw is indicated�
Unless disabled by removing the check from this box, an automated active 30 second
flush will follow a freeze cycle conducted at 50 % or higher intensity and lasting greater
than 3 minutes�
Check this box for a Channel Status display of the internal gas temperature at the needle
tip during freeze phase and the estimated temperature range of the needle shaft during
active thaw phases for i-Thaw Function and CX-type needles�
Check this box for display of the FastThaw Function icon in the Channel Controls when the
system is in i-Thaw Function mode and a FastThaw Function capable needle is connected�
Unless disabled by removing the check from this box, an automated gas line flushing will
occur after argon is connected and the gas lines pressurized�
Enter custom names to label the two custom fields available for entering information in
the Registration Screen �
Use the drop-down menu to enable or disable the option to upload registration data with
the procedure reports� By default, registration data is not uploaded� This function is only
available to administrative or service personnel�
Clear the hospital name, address, and physician name from the system history file�
The time zone can be changed by administrative or service personnel� The Visual-ICE
Cryoablation System automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time�
Select the units of pressure that the Gas Indicator displays�
Select the temperature units that the Temperature Sensors Section displays and graphs�
