10. INJECTOR
WARNING
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive.
You can be burned or seriously injured when handling fuel.
• Keep heat, sparks and flame away.
• Wipe up spills immediately.
• Handle fuel only outdoors.
a. REMOVAL
1) Remove the engine cover (P. 4-2).
2) Relieve the fuel pressure according to "How to Relieve Fuel
Pressure" (P. 5-79).
3) Remove the drain tube and tube clamp 7.5-11.5 from the
fuel hose.
4) Remove the two 6 x 25 mm flange bolts and remove the
fuel hose.
5) Remove the two fuel pipe joints and remove the four O-
rings.
Replace the O-rings with the new ones.
6) Disconnect the three injector 2P connectors.
7) Remove the two 6 x 32 mm flange bolts and remove the
fuel line.
