11) Install the float valve and float pin on the float, and set the
float on the vapor separator cover. Tighten the two screws
securely.
12) Apply engine oil to the new O-ring and install it on the
vapor separator body.
13) Install the vapor separator cover on the vapor separator
body, and tighten the five 5 mm screw washers securely.
14) Apply engine oil to the new gasket and install it on the
vapor separator body.
15) Set the water jacket cover and tighten it with the six 4 mm
screw washers securely.
16) Apply engine oil to the new O-ring and install it on the drain
screw.
17) Install the drain screw and connect the drain tube.
