Controllare olio riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo di sicu-
rezza sullo stelo del martinetto di sollevamento
(vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI SICUREZZA:
ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta alline-
ata, su di una superficie piana, rientrare e
sollevare completamente il braccio tele-
scopico, per accedere meglio ai punti di
riempimento del riduttore rotazione (C5);
fermare il motore termico e attendere che
si raffreddi l'olio idraulico.
Controllare il livello olio riduttore 1 (C5).
Se necessita rabboccare con olio idraulico
((vedere "LUBRIFICANTI") dal tappo di cari-
co 2 (C5).
Il livello dell'olio è corretto quando affiora
dal foro di carico.
Infine riavvitare il tappo di rabbocco.

Swing reduction unit oil control
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge on
the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 - OPERATING
AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: LIFT TRUCK
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Check the rotation gear oil Position the
truck with the turret aligned, on a flat sur-
face, retract and raise the telescopic boom
completely, for better access to the rotation
gear filler points (C5); stop the I.C. engine
and wait for the hydraulic oil to cool down.
Check the gear oil level 1 (C5). If necessary,
top up with hydraulic oil (see "LUBRICANTL"
chart) through the filler plug 2 (C5). The oil
level is correct when it flows out through
the filler hole.
Refit the topping up plug.

Contrôler l'huile du réducteur de
rotation
Lever la flèche et
poser la cale de sécurité flèche sur la tige du
vérin de levage (voir: 1 - INSTRUCTIONS ET
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ: INSTRUCTIONS DE
MAINTENANCE DU CHARIOT ÉLÉVATEUR).
Placer le chariot, avec la tourelle ali-
gnée, sur un sol plat, rentrer et soulever
entièrement le télescope, pour mieux
accéder au point de remplissage du réd-
ucteur de rotation (C5); arrêter le moteur
thermique et attendre que l'huile hydrauli-
que ait refroidi.
Contrôler le niveau d'huile du réducteur
1 (C5).
Si nécessaire rajouter de l'huile
hydraulique (voir chapitre "ENTRETIEN
PROGRAMME") par le bouchon de remplis-
sage 2 (C5).
Le niveau est correct quand l'huile est au
raz de l'orifice de remplissage.
Puis revisser le bouchon de rajout.
