- Accertarsi della corretta chiusura e del
bloccaggio del cofano motore.
- L'utilizzatore, qualunque sia il suo grado
di esperienza come carrellista, dovrà
familiarizzarsi con la posizione e l'utilizzo
di tutti gli strumenti di controllo e di
comando, prima di mettere il carrello
elevatore in servizio.
C - Avviamento del carrello
elevatore.
Norme di sicurezza.
Il carrello elevatore può essere avviato o
manovrato solo quando il conduttore si
trova al posto di guida, con la cintura di
sicurezza allacciata e regolata.
- Non trainare o spingere il carrello
elevatore per avviarlo.
Tale manovra potrebbe provocare gravi
deterioramenti alla trasmissione. Qualora
fosse necessario trainare il carrello
elevatore, mettere il cambio in posizione
neutra(Vedi capitolo : H3 -nella parte : 3 -
MANUTENZIONE).
Istruzioni
- Verificare che la leva dell'invertitore di
marcia sia in folle.
- Ruotare la chiave di avviamento in
posizione I per consentire il contatto
elettrico.
- Controllare il livello del carburante
sull'indicatore.
- Ruotare la chiave di avviamento in
posizione II per permettere il
preriscaldamento e attendere 15
secondi. (Se le condizioni ambientali lo
richiedano)
Non attivare il motorino di avviamento
per più di 15 secondi, e consentire il
preriscaldamento durante 10 secondi tra
tutti i vari tentativi effettuati.
- Premere l'acceleratore e ruotare fino in
fondo la chiave di avviamento, il motore
dovrebbe avviarsi. Rilasciare la chiave di
avviamento e lasciare girare il motore a
basso regime.
- Prima di operare in ambienti climatici
molto freddi attendere il corretto
riscaldamento del motore termico e
degli impianti idraulici.

operating the lift truck.
C - Starting the lift truck.
Safety notice.
The lift truck must only be started up or
manoeuvred when the operator is sitting in
the driver's cab, with his seat belt adjusted
and fastened.
- Never try to start the lift truck by
pushing or towing it.
Such operation may cause severe damage to
the transmission. If necessary, to tow the lift
truck in an emergency, the gear-box must be
placed in the neutral position (See chapter :
H3 - in paragraph : 3 - MAINTENANCE).
Instructions
- Make sure that the forward/reverse lever
is in neutral.
- Turn the ignition key to the position I to
activate the electrical system.
- Check the level on the fuel level
gauge.
- Turn the ignition key to position II to
preheat for 15 seconds. (If the
environmental conditions require it)
Do not engage the starter motor for
more than 15 seconds and carry out
the preheating for 10 seconds between
unsuccessful attempts.
- Press the accelerator pedal and turn the
ignition key fully : the I.C. engine should
then start. Release the ignition key and let
the I.C. engine run at idle.
- Before operating in very cold environ
ments wait for the I.C. engine and
hydraulic systems to heat up
adequately.

l'utilisateur devra se familiariser avec
l'emplacement et l'utilisation de tous les
instruments de contrôle et de commande
avant de mettre le chariot élévateur en
service.
C - Démarrage du chariot élévateur
Consignes de sécurité
Le chariot élévateur ne doit être
démarré ou manœuvré que lorsque
le conducteur est assis au poste de
conduite, ceinture de sécurité mise et
réglée.
- Ne pas tirer ou pousser le chariot
élévateur pour le faire démarrer.
Une telle manœuvre entraînerait de graves
détériorations à la transmission. En cas
de nécessité, le remorquage impose le
passage au point mort de la transmission
(Voir chapitre : H - MAINTENANCE
OCCASIONNELLE dans la partie : 3 -
MAINTENANCE).
Instructions
- S'assurer que le levier d'inverseur de
marche est au neutre.
- Tourner la clé de contact au cran I pour la
mise du contact électrique.
- Contrôler le niveau carburant sur
l'indicateur.
- Tourner la clé de contact au cran II pour
permettre le préchauffage pendant 15
secondes. (Si les conditions ambiantes
l'exigent)
Ne pas actionner le démarreur plus de
15 secondes, et effectuer le préchauffage
pendant 10 secondes entre toutes les
tentatives non suivies d'effet.
- Appuyer sur la pédale d'accélérateur et
tourner la clé de contact à fond, le moteur
doit alors démarrer. Relâcher la clé de
contact et laisser le moteur tourner au
ralenti.
- Avant de travailler dans des environne
ments climatiques très froids attendre le
réchauffement correct du moteur
thermique et des circuits hydrauliques.
