rechts ausbauen:
".fmuttern SW 36 abschrauben.
..acerzapfen-Gegenmuttern SW 27
ockern und Lagerzapfen mit Zap-
Tsnschlussel 513 ausdrehen.

Achtung! Lagerzapfen so einschrau-
ben, daB links und rechts gleicher
Abstand (a) zwischen Schwingen-
nabe und Rahmen besteht. Die Kar-
danwelle soil dabei auf Mitte im
Schwingarmrohr stehen, damit sie
bei voller Ein- und Ausfederung
nicht anstoBen kann. Gegebenen-
falIs konnen die Abstande „a" ge-
ringfijgig unterschiedlich eingestellt
werden.
Dann auf einer Seite den auf An-
schlag fest eingeschraubten Lager­
zapfen zur erforderlichen Lager-
vorspannung etwa */s Umdrehung
nachziehen, beiderseits Lagerzap-
fenmutter kontern und Hutmutter
festziehen.
Die Kegelrollenlager durfen keines-
falls Spiel haben, die Vorspannung
darf aber auch nicht zu groB sein.
8. Die linke Federbein-Befestigungs-
schraube nach Losen der Mutter
SW 19 mit Unterlegscheibe abneh-
men.
Hinterradschwinge zur
frei.
9. Gummidichtringe mit
buchse sowie Kegelrollen - Lcger-
Innenring mit Rollenkdfig
Schwinge herausnehmen.
lager-AuBenringe nur in Schadens-
fallen herausnehmen.
Achtung! Beim Zusammenbau die
I Kegelrollenlager reinigen und gut
einfetten.
10. Kardanwelle aus Schwingarm nur
bei Bedarf ausbauen. Dazu Mutter
SW 22 (neue Ausfuhrung SW 24)
mit Spezialschlussel mit Gegenhal-
*er 508 herausdrehen und Kardan-
g ocke mit Abziehvorrichtung 299a
abdrucken (siehe S. 102).
7. Demonter les articulations gauche
et droite du bras oscillant:
Devisser I'ecrou d chapeau OC 36.

Debloquer les contre-ecrous de tou-
rillons OC 27 et devisser les touril-
lons au moyen de la clef 513, a
ergots.

Attention! Au montage, visser les
tourillons de maniere que I'espace
(a) entre le cadre et le moyeu du
bras oscillant soit egal a gauche et
a droite. L'arbre cardan doit ainsi
se trouver au milieu du bras oscil­
lant, afm que, meme dans la plus
grande amplitude des mouvements
de la suspension, dans les deux sens,
il ne puisse toucher.
Au besoin, les distances (a) pour-
ront etre reglees un peu differe-

ment.
Puis, d'un cote, le tourillon etant
visse jusqu'a la bute, le serrer en­
core d' Ve de tour environ, pour
obtenir la tension necessaire. Bloquer
des deux cotes les contre-ecrous de
tourillons et les chapeaux.
Les roulements coniques ne doivent
en aucun cas avoir du jeu ; la ten­
sion prealable ne doit cependant
pas etre exageree non plus.
8. Retirer la vis de fixation du jambage
gauche, avec sa
avoir devisse son ecrou OC 19.
Le bras oscillant peut alors etre
retire.

9. Enlever de l articulation, les bagues

soigneusement et bien graisser les

roulements coniques.
10. Ne demonter qu'au besoin I'arbre
a cardan du bras oscillant. Pour ce-
la devisser I'ecrou OC 22 (nouvelle
execution OC 24) avec le dispositif
508 et extraire la cloche a cardan
avec I'extracteur 299a (voir page
102 ).
7. Remove

pin wrench 513.

Caution! Install bearing pins in a
way that on both sides the same
distance (a) is obtained between
swinging arm hub and frame. The
universal shaft should then be cen­
trally positioned in the swinging
arm tube, so as to prevent it from
striking on as the springing moves
up and down. If necessary, the di­
stances "a" may slightly differently
be adjusted.

Then still tighten Vs turn one bear­
ing pin screwed into stop position
in order to obtain the necessary
bearing tension. Lock bearing pin
on either side by counterscrewing
and tighten the acorn nuts. The taper
roller bearings must on no account
have any play, the tension, however,
should on the other hand not be
excessive.
8. Remove spring leg mounting screw,
left, together with its washer after
rondelle, apres
loosening the retaining nut.The rear
swinging fork is now ready for re­
moval.

9. Remove swinging arm rubber seal
rings with spacer bushing and taper
les
roller bearing inner race with roller
cage on both sides. Do not remove
roller bearing outer races except
in case of damages.

Caution! When assembling, clean
and properly grease the taper roller

bearings.
10. Remove universal shaft from swing­
ing arm only if necessary. For this,
unscrew the nut SW 22 (new exe­
cution SW 24) by means of spe­
cial wrench and counterholder 508
and remove the bell shaped cou­
plet gear with the puller 299a (see
page 102).
