Controllo usura e sostituzione pastiglie freno.
Ogni 3.000 Km è necessario verificare lo stato di usura delle pastiglie freni. La pastiglia
è consumata quando non sono più visibili le scanalature ricavate sul materiale di attrito
(nella pinza posteriore è necessario rimuovere il coperchietto d'ispezione pastiglie). In
questo caso sostituire la coppia di pastiglie operando nel modo seguente:
FRENO ANTERIORE
- rimuovere la copiglia di sicurezza dalla spina (1) tenuta pastiglie;
- sfilare la spina (1) ribadendola verso l'esterno con un punzone adatto;
- rimuovere la molla (2);
E' opportuno, nel'operazione di sostituzione delle pastiglie, togliere un pò
di fluido, poiché l'arretramento dei pistoncini nei cilindri potrebbe far
traboccare il fluido dal serbatoio.
- con una leva spingere verso l'interno i pistoncini di spinta e quindi inserire le pastiglie
nuove;
- inserire la molla (2) con la freccia rivolta verso il senso di marcia e la spina centrale (1);
- bloccare la spina centrale con la copiglia.
IMPORTANTE - Per un centinaio di Km, è consigliabile agire con cautela
sulle pastiglie nuove, al fine di permettere un corretto e completo
assestamento dei materiali d'attrito.
Wear check and replacement of brake pads.
Check the wear state of the brake pads every 3000 Km/ 1860 mi. The pad is worn

is necessary to remove the pad inspection cover). In this case replace the pad pair as
follows:
FRONT BRAKE
- remove the split pin to tighten the pads pin (1);
- pull aut pin (1) and rivet it out using a suitable punch;
- remove spring (2);
When replacing the pads, it is advisable to remove same fluid, because
the fluid could overflow from the lank owing to the backing of the
plungers in the cylinders.
- with the help of a lever push the plungers inward, then fit the new pads;
- fit spring (2) with the arrow pointing in running direction and central pin (1);
- lock the central pin with the split pin.
IMPORTANT - For about a hundred km, it is advisable to act cautiously on
the new pads, in order to allow a proper and complete settling of friction
materials.
