Ausbau des Zylinderblocks.
Der Ausbau des Zylinderkopfes, des Zylinders und des Kolbens kann bereits zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt vorgenommen werden, und
ist unabhaengig von den bisherigen Zerlegungsarbeiten.
Die Entfernung des Zylinder-Zylinderkopfblocks wird nunmehr u1erlaesslich, um mit der Zerlegung der Motorgehaeusehoelften
fortfahren zu können.
Die zwei Einsteckschrauben (l) und die Sechskantschraube (2), die den Deckel des Thermostates sichern, oufschrauben. Den Deckel,
die Dichtung und den Thermostot entfernen.
Die fuenf Hutmutter (3), die den Zylinderkopf auf dem Zylinder halten, abschrauben und die darunterliegenden Dichtungen entfernen.
Die zwei ORinge unter dem Kopf herausnehmen.
ANMERKUNG: Die O-Ringe zwischen Zylinderkopf und Zylinder müssen bei jedem Zusammenbau ersetzt werden.
Desmontaie grupo térmico.
El desmontaje de la cabeza, cilindro y pistòn puede ser anticipado y es independiente de las operaciones de desmontaje hasta ahora
efectuadas.
La remociòn del grupo cabeza-cilindro es a este punto necesaria para poder proceder a el desmontaje del semicarter motor.
Desenroscar los dos tornillos (1) hexagonales que fijan la tapa del termostato.
Destornillas las cinco fuercas ciegas (3) de tenida cabeza s/cilindro y recuperar la empacadura puesta debajo de ellas. Remover los
dos anillos OR debajo cabeza.
NOTA. Los anillos OR entre cabeza y cilindro deberàn ser siempre sustituidos a cada remontaje.

Smontaggio gruppo termico.
Lo smontaggio della testa, cilindro e pistone può essere anticipato ed è indipendente
dalle operazioni di smontaggio sino ad ora eseguite.
La rimozione del gruppo testa-cilindro è a questo punto necessaria per poter
procedere alla scomposizione dei semicarter motore.
Svitare le due viti (1) a brugola e quella esagonale (2) che fissano il coperchio del
termostato. Rimuovere detto coperchio, la guarnizione e il termostato.
Svitare i cinque dadi ciechi (3) di tenuta testa sul cilindro e recuperare le guarnizioni
poste sotto di essi. Rimuovere i due anelli OR sottotesta.
NOTA. Gli anelli OR tra testa e cilindro dovranno essere sempre sostituiti
ad ogni rimontaggio.
Thermal assembly removal.
The disassembly of the head, cylinder and piston can be anticipated and it is
independent of the disassembly operations carried out so far.
Now it is necessary to remove the head-cylinder assembly in order to disassemble the
engine half-crankcases.
Unloose the two socket head screws (1) and hexagonal-head screw (2) fastening the
thermostat cover.
Remove this cover, the gasket and the thermostat.
Unscrew the five blind rings (3) fastening the head on the cylinder and keep the gasket
placed under them.
Remove the two O-rings under the head.
WARNING. The O-rings between the head and the cylinder should always
be replaced at any reassembly.
Démontage du groupe thermique.
Le démontage de la culasse, du cylindre et du piston peut être préalablement effectué
car il est indépendant des opérations de démontage déjà effectuées.
Enlever l'ensemble culasse-cylindre afin de pouvoir procéder au désassemblage des
demi-carters du moteur.
Dévisser les deux vis (1) à tete à six pans creux et des vis à tete à six pans (2) qui fixent
le couvercle au thermostat. Retirer le couvercle, la garniture et le thermostat.
Dévisser les cinq écrous borgnes (3) de retenue de la culasse sur le cylindre et
récupérer les garnitures placés au-dessous de ceuxci. Enlever les deux anneaux OR
au-dessous de la culasse.
NOTE. Les anneaux OR entre la culasse et le cylindre devront être
toujours remplacés lors d'un montage.
