En ayant le cylindre avec le groupe soupape installé, avant d'insérer le piston dans le cylindre, vérifier que le piston soit au point mort
inférieur et lubrifier les composants avec de l'huile moteur. Au moyen des doigts (ou de l'outil approprié), presser sur les extremités des
bandes et introduire attentivement le piston dans le cylindre.
Pendant l'insertion, ne tournez pas le cylindre car les bandes peuvent entrer dans les conduits.
Nachdem die Ventilgruppe zusammen mit dem Zylinder zusammengebaut worden ist und vor der Einführung des Kolbens im Zylinder,
nachprüfen ob der Kolben in seinem U.T. ist, dann die Komponenten mit Motoröl schmieren. Mit den Fingern (oder mit dem dazu
bestimmten Einführer) die Enden der Kolbenringe drucken und langsam den Kolben im Zylinder einfuhren.
Während der EinfUhrung darf das Zylinder nicht drehen, sonst könnten die Enden der Kolbenringe in die Kanäle
eindringen.
Disponiendo del cilindro con el grupo valvula montado, antes de introducir el pistòn en el cilindro, verificar que el pistòn esté en
posiciòn de punto muerto inferior y lubricar los componentes con aceite del motor. Comprimir con los dedos (o utilizando el
introductor) las extremidades de las correas elastica e introducir delicadamente el pistòn en el cilindro.
Durante la introduccion evitar elgirar el cilindro ya que las extremidades de las correas elàsticas podrian penetrar en
los conductos.

Rimontaggio del raccordo di aspirazione sul cilindro
Posizionare il raccordo e la relativa guarnizione sul cilindro e fissarlo alla coppia
prescritta con le apposite viti antimanomissione utilizzando l'attrezzo 800098431.
Reassembling of the inlet valve union
Mount the inlet valve union and is gasket on the cylinder and tight to the prescribed
torque with the special antitampering screws using the tool 800098431.
Rémontage du raccord de la soupape d'admission sur le cylindre
Placer le raccord et le joint d'étanchéité relatif sur le cylindre et serré au couple prescrit
avec les spécial vìs anti-casse en utilisand la clèf 800098431 .

Der Anschluss und die entsprechende Dichtung auf der Zylinder einbauen und
zum ihn mit den vorgesehenen anti-Aufbrechen Schrauben bei vorgeschriebenen
drehmoment, durch das Gerät 800098431 .

Posiciònar el empalme y la relativa guarniciòn sobre el cilindre y cerrarlo a la pareja
prescrita con los tornillos antimanumissìon utilizando el utensilo 800098431.
Disponendo del cilindro con il gruppo valvola montato, prima di procedere
all'inserimento del pistone nel cilindro, verificare che il pistone sia in posizione di punto
morto inferiore e lubrificare i componenti con olio motore. Comprimere con le dita
(oppure utilizzare l'apposito introduttore) le estremità delle fasce elastiche e introdurre
delicatamente il pistone nel cilindro.
Durante la fase di inserimento evitare di far ruotare il cilindro in quanto le
estremità delle fasce elastiche potrebbero penetrare nei condotti.
Having a cylinder provided with valve unit, and before inserting the piston inside the
cylinder, check that the piston is in the bottom dead center position and lubricate the
components with motor oil. By means of your fingers (or using the appropriate inserting
device), press on the clamp ends and carefully insert the piston inside the cylinder.
During the insertion phase, don't turn the cylinder because the clamp
ends may enter the ducts.
