PARA VOLVER A MONTAR EL MOTOR
Norme generali.
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in senso inverso quanto mostrato per lo smontaggio, facendo tuttavia particolare attenzione alle singole
operazioni che richiamiamo specificatamente.
Vi ricordiamo che guarnizioni, paraolio, fermi metallici, rondelle di tenuta in materiale deformabile (rame, alluminio, fibra etc,) e dadi
autobloccanti dovranno sempre essere sostituiti.
I cuscinetti sono stati dimensionati e calcolati per un determinato numero di ore di lavoro.
Consigliamo pertanto la sostituzione in particolar modo dei cuscinetti soggetti a più gravose sollecitazioni, anche in considerazione
della difficoltà di controllo della relativa usura.
Quanto sopra viene suggerito in aggiunta ai controlli dimensionali dei singoli componenti, previsti nell'apposito capitolo (vedere al
paragrafo "REVISIONE MOTORE").
É importantissimo pulire accuratamente tutti i componenti; i cuscinetti e tutti gli altri particolari soggetti ad usura dovranno essere
lubrificati con olio motore, prima del montaggio. Viti e dadi dovranno essere bloccati alle coppie di serraggio prescritte.
General directions.
For a correct re-assembly follow in the adverse sense what shown for dismantling, however paying a special attention to every
operation we specjfically mention.
We remind you that gaskets, oil rings, clamps and sealing washer in deformable material (as copper, aluminium, fibers, etc.) and self-
Iocking nuts have always to be renewed.
Bearings have been studied and drawn for a well determined number of working hours.
Considering the difficulty of assessing bearing wear, it is especially important to replace bearings on bikes that are used off-road or in
other extreme conditions.
What above is suggested in addition to the size verification of the single components, as foreseen in the proper chapter (see paragraph
"ENGINE OVERHAULlNG").
We emphasize the importance of thoroughly cleaning all components; bearings and all particulars subject to wear have to be lubricated
with engine oil, before re-assembly. Screws and nuts must be locked at the prescribed torques.
Normes générales.
Pour le rémontage éffectuer en sens inverse ce qu'on a montré pour le démontage, en faisant attention aux particulières opérations
qu'on rappelle ici spécifiquement.
On vous rappelle que les garnitures, pare-huile, arrets métalliques, rondelles d'étançhéité en matèriel déformable (cuivre, aluminium,
fibre etc,) et écrous auto-blocants devront etre toujours rémplacés.
Les coussinets on été dimensionnés et calculés pour une spécifique nombre d'heures de travail.
Aussi conseillons-nous de remplacer notamment les roulements qui sont soumis aux contraintes les plus fortes, compte tenu de la
difficulté de contrôle de leur usure.
Ce-ci est conseillé additionnellement aux contrôles dimensionnées de chaque pièces, prévus dans le spécial chapitre (voir au
paragraphe "REVISION MOTEUR").
Il est très important de nettoyer soigneusement toutes les pièces, les coussinets et tous les autres particuliers sujects à usure devront
être graissés avec huile moteur, avant le remontage. Vis et écrou devront être bloqués aux couples de serrage prescriptes.
Allgemeine Vorschrifte.
Zum Zusammenbau des Motors muß man in zur ausbau umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgehen.
Die von uns spezifisch arwähnten, jeweiligen Arbeiten sind aber genau zu beachten. Man darf nie vergessen, daß Dichtungen,
Ölabdichtungen, Metallsperrungen, Dichtscheiben in unformbarem Verskstoff (Kupfer, Aluminium, Faser usw.) und selbstsichernde
Muttern immer auszuwechseln sind.
Die Lager sind fur eine bestimmte Anzahl Arbeitsstunden bemesst und gerechnet worden.
Wir empfehlen, die hochbeonspruchten Lager auszuwechseln, da deren Verschleiss nur schwer überprüfbar ist.
Dies wird ausser der empfohlenen Nachmessen-Kontrollen der einzelnen Bestandteile (siehe die jeweiligen Kapiteln im Abschnitt
"ÜBERHOLUNG DES MOTOR") geraten.
Es ist ausserst wichtig, alle Bestandteile sorgfältigst zu reinigen; die Lager und alle anderen Verschleissteile müssen mit Motorol vor
dem Anbau beschmiert werden. Schrauben und Muttern bei den vorgeschriebenen Anziehmomenten anziehen.

Para el remontaje proceder el sentido inverso al mostrado para el desmontaje, haciendo todavia particular atencion a las sencillas
operaciones que señalamos especificadamente.
Les recordamos que empacuras, para-aceite, para metàlicos; arandelas de presiòn en material deformable (cobre, aluminio, fibra, etc.)
y tuercas autoblocantes deberàn siempre sustituirse.
Los cojinetes fueron sido dimensionados y calculados para un determinado numero de horas de funcionamiento.
Aconsejamos por lo tanto, la sustifuciòn en particular modo de cojinetes sujetos al mas pesado esfuerzo, también en consideraciòn de
la dificultad de control del respectivo desgaste.
Cuanto arriba viene sugerido se agregan los controles dimensionales de los simples cornponentes, previstos en el respectivo capilulo
(ver el paragrafo "REVISION MOTOR").
Es importantisimo limpiar acuradamente todos los componentes; cojinetes y todos los otros particulares sujetos a desgaste deberan
ser lubricados con aceite motor, antes del montaje. Tornillos y tuercas deberàn ser blocados a las parejas de presiòn prescrita.
