60 g shelled hazelnuts - 50 g milk chocolate - 1 tbsp

Put the hazelnuts in the jug and crush them roughly using

Break the milk chocolate and dark chocolate into pieces and

melt in a bain-marie. Leave to cool.
Put the toasted hazelnuts in the blender jug and press

and oil then blend for a maximum of 1 min, stirring using 
the pestle if required, until you have an even mixture. 
Store in a glass jar.

finely. Collect the pomegranate seeds. Roughly chop
