Preheat the oven to 180°C. Separate the eggs.

Put the egg yolks, milk, melted butter and olive oil in the   
blender jug. Add the pre-sieved flour and baking powder, and   
the honey and finely chopped rosemary, and close the lid.

Stir the ingredients using the pestle if required. At the end of
the program, open the lid and pour the mixture into a bowl.
Using an electric whisk, whisk the egg whites into firm peaks

and carefully stir them into the batter.
Pour half the batter into previously greased and floured

muffin cases, add a few cubes of gorgonzola, then cover    
with the rest of the batter.

Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
