500 g chickpeas - 40 g baby spinach - 1/2 bunch of fresh
mint - Juice of 1 lemon - 3 tbsp tahini - 30 ml olive oil -
1 pinch of salt - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Rinse the baby spinach in fresh water.

Strip the mint leaves.
Put the chickpeas in the blender jug and add the baby

spinach, mint, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil and salt.

Select the
program then press the button
Stir the ingredients using the pestle if needed.

At the end of the program, open the lid and put the      
houmous in a bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and
fresh herbs. Chill until ready to serve.
Tip: Serve this dip with crudités and crackers.

yoghurt - 1 dash of olive oil - 20 g crushed hazelnuts -

  P ut the figs, goats cheese, yoghurt and olive oil in the
