Important information for use

Risk of burns!
The roasting pan gets very hot. Always wear heat-
resistant oven gloves when removing the roasting pan
from the cooking compartment.

In the roaster function, the heating element continues
to heat up for some time after the oven door is
opened.

Risk of burns!
Alcoholic vapours may catch fire in the hot cooking
compartment. Never prepare food containing large
quantities of drinks with a high alcohol content. Only
use small quantities of drinks with a high alcohol
content. Open the appliance door carefully.

Risk of scalding!
Hot steam may escape when you remove the lid from
the roasting pan. Remove the lid carefully. Keep
children at a safe distance.

Caution!

Excessively hot temperatures will damage the
non-stick coating:
‒ Only use the roasting pan at temperatures up
to a maximum of 220 °C.
‒ Do not use the roasting pan on a gas hob or an
electric hob with radiant heating elements.
‒ Do not use the roasting pan during the baking
stone operating function.
‒ Remove the heating element, pull-out system
and roasting pan from the oven during
pyrolysis cleaning. The high temperatures
during pyrolysis cleaning damage the non-stick
coating.

Sharp objects will scratch the non-stick
coating:
‒ Never chop in the roasting pan.
‒ Only use wooden or plastic heat-resistant
cooking utensils. Only ladle sauces with
plastic heat-resistant spoons.

Improper cleaning will damage the non-stick
coating:
‒ Never use abrasive or aggressive cleaning
agents, grill or oven sprays, sponges with
scratchy surfaces, or sharp objects to clean
the roasting pan.
‒ Do not clean the roasting pan in the
dishwasher.
Only use the core temperature probe when cooking
without the lid.
When cooking in a catalytic oven, always use the
grease filter in order to prevent the fan from getting
dirty.
Before first use, clean the roasting dish with hot soapy
water and a soft brush or sponge.
