Installation and initial operation
5.1
Transport
Transport the machine carefully in a horizontal position. Do not let the machine be exposed to shaking/
vibrations!

5.2
Unpacking
After unpacking, check that the delivery is complete, i.e. the unit and all accessories are present, and dispose
of the packaging material in accordance with local environmental regulations.
5.3
Installation
CAUTION!
Safety regulations for the installation of the unit.
The following instructions must be observed
•
The electrical installation of the rooms in which the unit is used must comply with existing legislation and
the safety specifications relevant to power systems.
•
The unit must be installed in an impact-resistant location protected against water and liquid splashes.
•
The unit is not to be installed above, or near, heat sources. During installation, there must be sufficient
space left clear around the unit.
•
Never expose the unit to direct sunlight or ultraviolet radiation!
•
Never short circuit the electric contacts of the charger with metallic objects and do not handle when the
unit is switched on.
•
Do not erect the unit in areas with a risk of explosion, where the air is highly inflammable or where there is
a possibility of the air becoming flammable (anaesthetic mixtures,oxygen etc.).
