2 sweet potatoes
10 g cornstarch, potato starch, or
tapioca starch
15 ml vegetable oil

Peel
the sweet potatoes, then cut off the
narrow ends.

Halve
the sweet potatoes cross wise, then cut
each half into 6-millimetre-wide sticks.
Toss

the cut sweet potatoes with the
cornstarch, oil, and 1 teaspoon of the kosher
salt until fully coated.

Place
the crisper plate into the Cosori Smart
Air Fryer basket, then place the sweet potatoes
onto the crisper plate.

Select
the Air Fry function, adjust temperature
to 205°C and time to 15 minutes, then press
Start/Pause.
6.
Remove
the sweet potato chips when done,
sprinkle with the remaining salt, then serve
immediately.
Note: To recrisp your sweet potato chips, set temperature to
205°C and time to 2 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
