1 boneless ribeye (450 g)
5 g kosher salt
2 g ground black pepper
2 g garlic powder
2 g onion powder
2 g dried oregano
A pinch of dried rosemary
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of dried sage

Remove
the steak from the refrigerator
30 minutes prior to cooking.

Pat
the steak dry with a paper towel and season
both sides with the salt and black pepper.
Mix

together the seasonings and sprinkle over
the steak evenly.

Drizzle
olive oil onto the steak.

the steak directly into the Cosori Smart
Air Fryer basket, without the crisper plate.

Remove

CHICKEN PARMESAN

56 g Italian-style breadcrumbs

20 g Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
60 g plain flour

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(thinly cut)
Oil spray

2 slices mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce, for serving

2 sprigs parsley, freshly chopped, for

Mix
the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
in a medium bowl, put the beaten egg in a
separate bowl, and then pour the flour into a
third bowl.
Dredge
each chicken breast in the flour, then
dip in the beaten egg, and then roll in the
breadcrumb mixture.
Spray
both sides of the chicken with oil spray.
Place
the crisper plate into the Cosori Smart
Air Fryer basket, then place the chicken onto
the crisper plate.
Select
the Air Fry function, adjust time to
12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Place
1 slice of mozzarella cheese onto each
breast after 10 minutes.
Remove
the chicken when done.
Serve
with marinara sauce and garnished with
the freshly chopped parsley.
