2 red bell peppers, cored and cut into

7 ml olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 bratwurst sausages, pricked with
a knife
Place the crisper plate into the Cosori Smart
Air Fryer basket, then place the bell pepper
slices onto the crisper plate.
Drizzle the bell peppers slices with olive oil,
season with salt and pepper, then add the
bratwurst sausages.
Select
the Roast function, adjust time to
7 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Remove when done and serve.
