PARMESAN-THYME

1 small acorn squash
15 g fresh thyme leaves

15 ml olive oil
5 g kosher salt

5 g freshly ground black pepper
15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Halve
the acorn squash and scoop out and
discard the seeds. Cut the squash halves into
2½-centimetre-thick wedges.
Combine
the acorn squash wedges, thyme,
olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl
and toss to coat the squash.
Place
the crisper plate into the Cosori Smart
Air Fryer basket, then place the acorn squash
onto the crisper plate.
Select
the Roast function, adjust time to
16 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Remove
the squash when done, sprinkle the
Parmesan cheese over the top, and serve.
