18) Apply rust-preventive agent to the 39 mm external circlip
installation groove in the mount frame and to the external
circlip mating surface with the groove.
19) Install the 39 mm external circlip on the mount frame.
20) After installing the 39 mm external circlip, check the lower
mount center housing for freedom from the rust-preventive
agent in the part shown.
Wipe up the rust-preventive agent from the part shown if
necessary.
