14) Install the timing belt on the pulser rotor.
• Install the timing belt with care not to bring the alignment

marks on the pulser rotor and on the alternator rotor out
of alignment.

15) Loosen the 10 x 38 mm flange bolt on the timing belt
tensioner.

• Do not tighten the 10 x 38 mm flange bolt.

16) Turn the alternator rotor 2 turns using the alignment mark

on the pulser rotor as the reference point.

Be sure to turn the alternator rotor in the direction shown
