3. Push the replacement bus coupler onto the tie rods (4) of the
valve unit. Make sure that the seal (5) is fitted correctly.
4. Refit and tighten the three screws (1). Tightening torque
2.8 to 3.2 Nm.
5. Make all the settings on the bus coupler (see "Making
settings" on page 81).
6. Connect the electrical connections to the bus coupler (see
"Connecting the bus coupler electrically" on page 76).
7. Check the section "Configuring the bus system" on page 86
and adjust the configuration if necessary.

Applied electric voltage and high pressure

Make sure the system is not pressurized or connected to
power before carrying out any service or maintenance
work.

Cleaning and care
The unit may be damaged by solvents and aggressive
cleaning agents
The surface and seals may be damaged if aggressive
chemicals are used.
Only use solvents or detergents under short term
conditions.
Do not exceed the conditions of the IP69K protection
class.
