Commissioning and operation

7.1

Making settings

The following settings have to be made:
Setting the bus coupler address
Setting the data rate
Selecting the valve supply
Setting diagnostic messages
All of these settings are made with the switches beneath the cover
of the bus coupler. See Table 4 below for position of switches.
Proceed as follows to make the settings:
1. Remove the cover of the bus coupler by undoing the four
screws (1).
2. Make the settings with the switches as described below.
3. Refit the cover carefully according to Table 4 below. Ensure
that the sealing (2) is positioned correctly. Tighten the
screws (1) with a torque of 1.0 to 1.2 Nm.
