Risk of damage to the manifold
The bus coupler may be damaged if the cover is exposed to
mechanical force, such as a hard blow.
Make sure that the device is protected from blows.
Make sure that the device is well packaged during
transportation.
1. Disconnect the electrical connections and any pneumatic
connections from the bottom side of the bus coupler (1).
2. Unscrew the three screws (2) that fit the bus coupler to the
valves (hexagonal head, wrench size 8 mm).
3. Detach the bus coupler from the valve subbase (3).
4. Push the new bus coupler onto the tie rods (4) of the valve
unit. Make sure that the seal (5) is fitted correctly.
5. Refit and tighten the three screws (2). Tightening torque
2.8 to 3.2 Nm.
