Inner Thigh Pulse
This exercise targets the adductor
muscles of the inner thighs. Start off in the
"Starting Position" with the foot plates in
the middle of the tracks. Bend your knees
slightly and keep the knees bent during
the entire exercise. See fi g. 7. With gentle
and controlled movements, move your
legs together until the foot plates are
almost touching the inner stoppers. Pause
in the middle during this movement. See
fi g. 8. When you reopen your legs, do not
let the foot plates slide past the middle
of the tracks. Repeat this small inward/
outward pulse for 60 seconds and pause
between the repetitions if necessary.

Crouch
This exercise will help you shape the
muscles in the hips and upper thighs.
Position yourself behind your LEG
MAGIC™ while looking forward. Your
feet are hip-width apart and your toes are
pointing forward. Gently rest your hands on
the handle bars. See fi g. 9. Bend gently at the
hips and at the knees until your thighs are
almost parallel to the fl oor. See fi g. 10. Hold
the downward position of this movement.
Then stretch your hips and knees and come
back to the initial position. Keep your back
straight and your head up and look forward
during the exercise. Do now allow your
knees to turn in the direction of the toes.
Repeat this exercise for 60 seconds and
pause between the repetitions if necessary.
