Develop Your LEG MAGIC™ Workout Programme
The decision you make concerning the
frequency (how often), the duration (how
long) and the intensity (how intensively) of you
workout will directly infl uence your results.
Before your start working out with the
LEG MAGIC™, you should fi rst determine
your current level of fi tness. The following
represent guidelines, which you can follow, but
keep in mind that these are only guidelines.
You must always listen to your body. Start at a
level, which is pleasant for you and increase it
in a sensible manner.
Beginners
No workout experience or have not worked
out for a considerable amount of time.
Intermediate
Regular workouts for at least three months.
Advanced
Regular workouts for at least six months.

How Often, How Long and How
Intensively
Beginners should start off slowly and only
do as many exercises and repetitions as they
can complete in good form and technique.
Your LEG MAGIC™ system includes a LEG
MAGIC™ workout DVD. The DVD includes
a 13 minutes workout programme, which is
perfect for most beginners.
Start out by doing the LEG MAGIC™
workout programme three times a week (or
as often as is comfortable for you). It is your
goal to complete a workout three times a
week in good form.
Intermediates should complete a LEG
MAGIC™ workout in full every second
day. As soon you are able to complete this
workout programme in good form and
technique, you can repeat the set a second
time. If you expand your workout, complete
each set with 60 seconds per exercise and the
second set with 30 seconds per exercise.
Advanced Individuals should do their
respective LEG MAGIC™ workout on most
week days. In order to increase the challenge
of your workout, you can repeat the set
a third time. If you perform this advanced
programme, complete the fi rst set each with
60 seconds per exercise and the second and
third with 30 seconds per exercise. Remember
to workout only such that the speed and
progression are comfortable for you and
ensure that you complete all exercises in good
form and technique.
