Important Workout and Safety Guidelines
1. As soon as your trainer has been
assembled, ensure that it is situated on a
fi rm and even surface and that you have
at least 1 metre of free space around the
trainer.
2. Read the operating instructions
completely and watch the entire DVD
prior to starting your workout
programme. Follow the instructions
exactly – they were developed for your
health and safety.
3. Perform the exercises at a slow and
controlled speed. For best results,
perform all exercises at the pace shown
on the DVD. An elevated pace is not
recommended and can affect your safety
and results.
4. At fi rst, you may not be able to complete
all suggested repetitions. If you feel that
your muscles are fatigued or that you are
unable to workout in good form or with
a profi cient technique, stop and take a
short break.
5. Track how many repetitions you are fi rst
able to complete of each exercise. You will
be surprised how quickly you improve. In
only a few weeks, you will most likely be
able to perform all repetitions shown on
the DVD.

6. Increase your intensity gradually. If you
become very tired after the workout and
experience pain, you are performing your
workout at an excessive level. Exceptional
results can be achieved when you train at
a level that challenges you, but does not
fatigue you excessively and does not cause
pain.
7. It is important that you know that you
are working out in a safe and proper
manner. These safety steps are for your
benefi t and you should follow them
carefully in order to maximise the
effectiveness of your workout programme.
8. After one to two weeks of working
out with the trainer, you should feel the
results. Look for improved posture and the
feeling of greater strength and effi ciency of
your muscles.
9. Always hold onto the handle bars when
you get on or off of the LEG MAGIC™
personal trainer. If you do not follow these
instructions, you could slip and fall, which
may result in injury and death.
10. Position the device on an fi rm and even
surface in order to prevent the LEG
MAGIC™ personal trainer from tipping
over and causing injury. Follow the
exercise instructions shown on the DVD
and those described on pages 53 to 60 of
these operating instructions. Failing to
follow them may result in severe injury or
death.
