LJ80 (Except for Europe)
For LJ80, a parking brake lever lock is
provided on the base of the lever to pre-
vent theft. To lock, insert the lock, key
and turn it clockwise.
LJ80 (sauf pour l'Europe)
Sur la LJ80, un antivol est prévu sur la
base du levier. Pour bloquer le levier,
introduire la clé de l'antivol et la tourner
dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
LJ80 (Excepto para Europa)
En el LJ80, se provee un seguro de la
palanca del
freno de estacionamiento
para evitar el robo del vehículo. Para ac-
cionar el seguro, meta la llave y gírela a
la derecha.
LJ 80 (Met uitzondering van Europa)
Voor de LJ80, is er een parkeerremslot
aanwezig op de basis van het hendel om
diefstal te voorkomen. Voor het op slot
zetten steek de sleutel erin en draai hem
rechtsom.

Clutch pedal
This pedal temporarily disconnect engine
power from the driving wheels, while the
engine is in operation. The engine is dis-
connected when the pedal is depressed
with the foot and reconnected when the
pedal is released.
CAUTION: Do not place the foot on
the pedal except when necessary. If
the foot is kept on the pedal, the
clutch will slip and wear out.
Brake pedal
Braking is effected when the pedal is
depressed with the foot. If it is depressed
too strongly skidding may be caused
especially on loose surfaces.
Accelerator pedal
This is the pedal which controls the
revolutions of the engine. When the pedal
is depressed with the foot, the revolutions
increase, and the power output and speed
can be raised.
