INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING:
Do not use the Advance Pinless H-Bracket without the
mounting latch in the locked position. To do so could
cause patient fall, injury, or equipment damage.
c. Push both mounting latches towards the center of the
Advance Pinless H-Bracket to hold the Advance
Pinless H-Bracket in position. Make sure that the
release button comes back to the released position
on both mounting latches. Make sure that the red
safety indicator is not visible
d. If necessary, repeat Step a through Step c to install an Advance Pinless H-Bracket
on the other column.
e. Lift the end (A) of the flip handle until it locks in
position.
NOTE: We recommend that you use two people to rotate the
Advance Pinless H-Brackets to the downward position. When
the safety lever is released, the head and foot ends will both
be free to rotate.
f. Push and hold the red safety lever (B) forward as you
pull the flip handle to the released or down position.
g. Turn the Advance Pinless H-Bracket on each column
so that it is toward the bottom of the column.
h. Push the flip handle up to the locked position. You do
not need to press the red safety lever.
i. If necessary, repeat Step a through Step d to install a
second pair of Advance Pinless H-Brackets on the
bowties.
