Diagnostic parameter giving the average offset in nanoseconds between the PTP clock and the master clock.

PTP parameter.
Diagnostic parameter indicating when the inverter is a slave that the PTP clock has synchronised to a master clock determined by
parameter 1685 PTP Locked Threshold. If the inverter is a master then this parameter will be set to TRUE.
