Sostituzione delle cartucce filtro di
aspirazione impianto idraulico
Mettere il carrello elevatore in piano, con il
motore termico spento e il braccio rientrato
e abbassato al massimo.
Prima
di
ogni
intervento,
accuratamente intorno ai tappi di scarico
e alla succhieruola di aspirazione del
serbatoio idraulico.
Utilizzare un recipiente e un imbuto molto
pulito. Pulire inoltre la parte superiore del
bidone d'olio prima del riempimento.
Smaltire l'olio di scarico nel rispetto
dell'ambiente.
Scarico dell'olio
- Rimuovere il carter di protezione 1 (E1/E2).
- Mettere un recipiente sotto il tappo di
scarico 2 (E1/E2) e svitarlo.
- Togliere il tappo di riempimento 3 (E1/E2)
per facilitare lo scarico.
Sostituzione dello sfiatatoio
- Svitare lo sfiatatoio 4 (E1/E2) e sostituirlo
con uno nuovo (vedere:3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
Pulizia della succhieruola
- Scollegare il tubo 5 (E1/E2).
- Svitare la succhieruola di aspirazione 6 (E1/
E2), pulirla con un getto d'aria compressa,

Place the lift truck on level ground with the
engine stopped and telescope boom
retracted and lowered as far as possible.

Before any intervention, thoroughly clean
the area surrounding the drain plug and
the suction strainer on the hydraulic tank.
Use a clean container and funnel and
clean the underside of the oil drum before
filling.
Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological
manner.
Draining the oil
- Remove the protective casing 1(E1/E2).
- Place a container under drain plug 2 (E1/
E2) and unscrew the plug.
- remove filling plug 3 to ensure that the oil
is drained properly.
Replacing the breather
- unscrew the breather 4 (E1/E2) and replace
it with a new one (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
FILTERS, CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
Cleaning the strainer
- Disconnect hose 5 (E1/E2).
- Remove and clean the suction strainer 6

Placer le chariot élévateur à plat, moteur
thermique arrêté et la flèche rentrée et
abaissée au maximum.
Avant
soigneusement
bouchon de vidange et de la crépine
d'aspiration sur le réservoir hydraulique.
Utiliser un récipient et un embout très
propre. Nettoyer également la partie
supérieure du bidon d'huile avant le
remplissage.
Se débarrasser de l'huile de vidange en
respectant l'environnement.
Vidange d'huile
- Enlever le carter de protection 1(E1/E2).
- Déposer un bac sous le bouchon de
vidange 2 (E1/E2) et le dévisser.
- Enlever le bouchon de remplissage 3 (E1/
E2) pour assurer une bonne vidange.
Remplacement du reniflard
- Dévisser le reniflard 4 (E1/E2) et le remplacer
par un neuf (voir: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
ÉLÉMENTS FILTRANTS ET COURROIES).
Nettoyage de la crépine
- Débrancher la durit 5 (E1/E2).
- Dévisser la crépine d'aspiration 6 (E1/E2),
la nettoyer à l'aide d'un jet d'air comprimé,
