Cause
1. Spring not charged
2. Undervoltage release not
excited
3. Mechanical reclosing lock-out
effective
4. Electrical closing interlock

5. "Safe OFF" locked off by
cylinder lock (accessories)
6. "Safe OFF" locked off by
padlocks (accessories)
7. "Mechanical OFF" button
locked off (accessories)
8. "EMERGENCY OFF" button
engaged in operating position

9. Lockout against closing with
panel door open effective
(accessories)
10. Mutual mechanical circuit-
breaker interlocks effective
(accessories)
11. Electronic overcurrent release
missing or incorrectly installed
12. Racking handle withdrawn
