CONTROLLO TENSIONE
CINGHIA VENTOLA MOTORE
Effettuare il controllo ogni 100 ore di lavoro proceden-
do come segue:
• Arrestare il motore e togliere la chiave di accensione.
• Aprire il cofano motore.
• Premere con il pollice sulla cinghia (A) con una for-
za moderata.
• Se la misura (X) nella Fig. 1 è superiore a 10 mm,
è necessario tensionare la cinghia.
TENSIONAMENTO
CINGHIA VENTOLA MOTORE
• Spegnere la macchina ed estrarre la chiave dal
cruscotto.
• Scollegare la batteria tramite lo staccabatteria (B).
• Allentare i bulloni di fissaggio (C) dell'alternatore e ti-
rarlo verso l'esterno fino ad ottenere il tensionamen-
to giusto della cinghia (vedi capitolo "CONTROL-
LO TENSIONE CINGHIA VENTOLA MOTORE").
• Serrare poi bene i due bulloni (C).
• Provvedere al rimontaggio eseguendo le operazioni
descritte precedentemente, ma nell'ordine inverso.
La cinghia deve essere sostituita ogni
500 ore di lavoro o se si presentasse
danneggiata.

ENGINE FAN BELT
Check up every 100 work ours as follows:
• Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
• Open the engine hood.
• Press on the belt (A) with the thumb with moderate
strength.
• If the measure (X) on the Fig. 1 is higher than 10
mm, it is necessary to tightened the belt.
TENSIONING
ENGINE FAN BELT
• Switch the machine off and remove the ignition key
from the dashboard.
• Disconnect the battery by means of the battery
switch (B).
• Loosen the fastening bolts (C) of the alternator and
pull it outwards until the correct tensioning of the
belt is reached (see chapter "CONTROL OF ENGI-
NE FAN BELT TENSION").
• Fasten the two bolts (C).
• Reassemble by following the previously described
operations, but in reverse order.
The belt must be replaced every
500 work hours or when damaged.
